Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OddsBridge (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21+ where required by local law) to use the Service. By using OddsBridge you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that accessing the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service in any jurisdiction where the Service or its content is prohibited.

3. Nature of the Service

OddsBridge is an informational odds-comparison and prediction-market analytics platform. We aggregate publicly available pricing data from third-party prediction markets and sportsbooks and present it for educational purposes. We do not:

• Accept, place, or facilitate any wagers, bets, or trades.
• Hold or process customer funds.
• Operate as a licensed gambling operator in any jurisdiction.
• Provide financial, investment, or gambling advice.

4. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service without prior written consent.
• Use any automated tool (bot, crawler, RPA) to access the Service beyond standard search engine indexing.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's normal operation, including DDoS, exploit attempts, or reverse-engineering.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with OddsBridge or use our trademarks without permission.
• Use the Service to commit fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service excluding third-party odds data is owned by OddsBridge or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Third-party odds data remains the property of its respective source.

6. Affiliate Relationships

Some outbound links to third-party sportsbooks and prediction markets are affiliate-tracked. When you click such a link and subsequently sign up or place a wager on the third-party platform, OddsBridge may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the odds data we display or the order in which platforms appear — ranking and pricing are derived purely from market data. 7. Third-Party Platforms

Outbound links direct you to platforms operated by independent third parties. Their terms of service, privacy policies, and dispute-resolution processes apply once you leave OddsBridge. We do not endorse, vet, or assume responsibility for the conduct of any third-party platform.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that pricing data is accurate, complete, or up to date at any given moment. Always verify prices on the source platform before acting. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsBridge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Total liability for any direct damages is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Paris, France.
